ADHD Assessment

qbtech-logo-small.webp

Comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and treatment for ADHD is provided for children, adolescents, and adults which includes:

  • A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation

  • Objective, computerized testing, the QbTest, an FDA cleared advanced test to support the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD

  • Review and discussion of the results of the evaluation and testing

  • Recommendations

  • Treatment including medications as needed

ADHD has three main symptoms:

  • Inattention – the extent to which someone can remain focused on a task

  • Hyperactivity – the amount of movement, e.g. tapping foot, fidgeting

  • Impulsivity – lack of impulse control, e.g. blurting out answers in class.

The 20minute QbTest measures activity level, impulse control, and the ability to maintain attention.

The results of the QbTest:

  • Creates a report which compares an individual’s results with data from other people of the same sex and age group without the ADHD diagnosis

  • Aids in making an accurate diagnosis

  • Measures the effectiveness of treatment interventions
